Return and Cancellation Policy

At ufkas, we value customer satisfaction. Below you can find the return and cancellation conditions for our services.

1. General Return Policy

Since our digital services (software licenses, API access, subscription packages) are performed instantly in electronic environment, the withdrawal right exceptions under Article 15 (g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts apply. However, refund requests are evaluated in the situations specified below.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Possible

Service Defect: Failure to provide promised features or inability to use the service due to technical malfunction.

Duplicate Payment: If more than one payment is received for the same service, the excess payment is refunded.

Technical Impossibility: Failure to provide the service at all due to SELLER-related reasons.

Annual Subscription Cancellation: For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund may be made for the unused period.

3. Refund Request Process

1. Application: Submit your refund request to [email protected] or through the User Panel.

2. Review: Your request is reviewed by our technical team within 3-7 business days.

3. Approval/Rejection: The result of the review is communicated to you by email.

4. Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the method you paid (credit card, transfer, etc.).

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your active subscription at any time through the User Panel or by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is made for the period up to the cancellation date, but you can continue to use the service until the end of the period.

5. Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

Users who purchase an annual subscription can request a pro-rata refund for the unused months if they request cancellation within 30 days from the start of the subscription. No refund is made for cancellation requests made after 30 days, but service use continues until the end of the period.

6. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible

• The service has been actively used by the BUYER (message sending, API calls, etc.)

• Account suspension due to BUYER's violation of Terms of Use

• Issues arising from third-party services

• Issues arising from BUYER providing incorrect or incomplete information
